1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the All Ctrl AI app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is operated by Climatra Ltd ("we", "us"), Company No. 16800075, England and Wales. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency-information services where you live.
3. Information only — not financial advice
The App provides algorithmic forecasts of cryptocurrency price direction for informational purposes only. Predictions can be and often are wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing in the App is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet, or financial advisor, and we are not authorised by any financial regulator. Always do your own research and consider consulting a qualified advisor before making any decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any resulting losses.
4. Licence & acceptable use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, scrape or resell its data, circumvent rate limits, or use it unlawfully.
5. Ads and purchases
The free tier is supported by advertising. You may make a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads; this is handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are subject to their policies.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that forecasts are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Climatra Ltd is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Climatra Ltd against claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or withdraw the App at any time. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, where significant, notified in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
