Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

All Ctrl AI is operated by Climatra Ltd (the "controller"), a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16800075, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Questions: privacy@allctrl.ai.

2. The short version

All Ctrl AI has no sign-up and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal details. We do not know who you are. The app shows public crypto-market forecasts and, on the free tier, advertising.

3. What is collected

• By us, directly: nothing that identifies you. Our servers log an anonymous identifier and your IP address briefly for security and abuse-prevention (auto-deleted within 30 days).
• By Google AdMob (our ad provider): an advertising identifier and ad-interaction data, used to show ads. You control this through the consent prompt shown when you first open the app (Apple "Ask App Not to Track" / Google ad-personalisation consent).
• By Apple / Google (the app stores): if you buy "Remove ads", the store processes the payment. We only receive a confirmation receipt — never your card details.
• For push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging): if you allow notifications, your device subscribes to a broadcast topic so we can send a few daily forecast updates. Google issues an anonymous messaging token tied to the device (not to you); we do not store it or link it to your identity. You can turn alerts off in the app's Settings or in your device settings at any time.

4. Why (lawful bases under UK/EU GDPR)

• Legitimate interests: running a secure, working service (anonymous logging, abuse prevention).
• Consent: advertising identifiers and personalised ads — you can withdraw consent anytime in your device settings.
• Contract: processing a "Remove ads" purchase receipt.

5. Who we share with

We use a small number of processors: Amazon Web Services (hosting, London region), Google (AdMob ads; Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications; crash diagnostics), and Apple / Google (in-app purchases). We never sell your data. Some of these involve transfers to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Server logs: 30 days. We store no personal profile because there are no accounts. Ad data is retained by Google per its own policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Because we hold virtually no data linked to your identity, in most cases we simply have nothing on file about you. To exercise any right, email privacy@allctrl.ai. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/concerns.

8. Children

All Ctrl AI is intended for users aged 17 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to know and to delete — contact us at the address above.

10. Changes

We will post material changes here and, where significant, notify you in the app.
